Why you should STOP sitting on your wallet!

That thick wallet in your back pocket may be doing more than carrying your cash and cards - it could be affecting your body every day. When you sit on a wallet, even one that's only an inch thick, it can create an uneven foundation under your pelvis. Over time, this may contribute to: ~ Lower back discomfort

~ Hip and pelvic imbalance

~ Sciatic nerve irritation

~ Muscle tension and stiffness

~ Poor sitting posture

~ Increased pressure on the spine Many people spend 6-10 hours a day sitting at work, in the car or at home. That means your body may be compensating for that uneven pressure for several hours every day.

There's another reason to make the switch: security. Front pockets are generally much harder for pickpockets to access than back pockets. A simple habit change - moving your wallet to a front pocket and carrying only the essentials - may help improve comfort, posture, and security. Your body is designed to sit on two bones, not one bone and a wallet.

Where do you keep your wallet - back pocket, front pocket, or somewhere else? If discomfort persists, consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice and solutions. Let's prioritize our health while carrying our essentials!
